It feels like romance is making a come back. Nothing could make me happier.
I mean, what’s better than feeling objectified by an app, going on a blind date only to realize the dude is the co-worker you hate, and ending the night kissing a limp tongued stranger?

I must have been depressed. Maybe simply exhausted. Probably feeling a bit lost in this new world. Or I might have found so much comfort in the arms of my loving man that I decided to just let go.

My first apartment in New York was one of those classic lofts I never thought I would ever be cool enough to live in. So New York. It was right in front of the restaurant where Carrie Bradshaw’s disastrous birthday happened. Alec Baldwin lived in the opposite building and could occasionally be seen storming out of his door, grumbling and fuming. Fran Lebowitz’s heavy and determined step would randomly make an appearance in the background.
Thank you for joining me for the live! I answered all of your questions about Talk Circles but we also talked about shame, friendships and divorce. Here is the recording!

Graham often comes back home after work with bag full of delicious foods. A bottle of crisp white wine, delectable cheese, and this sourdough bread that is so soft and exquisite you’d think it was made in heaven. Add to it a dollop of butter and you’re done.
It’s irresistible. But this morning, I resisted it.
